Riley | High School Senior Session | Westport, MA
I love photographing High School Seniors for their yearbook photos! We usually have a great time, and it gives me something different than my normal sessions. I love when seniors bring different outfits to wear, as usually use a few different location backdrops! It’s fun experimenting and learning something new with these kids.
I remember having my high school senior photos taken, and it was definitely different than it is today! I’m one of those people who don’t miss high school what-so-ever, but I still enjoy connecting with these seniors and learning what they’re up to, and where they see themselves in the future.
Riley and her family live in New York but vacation every summer in Westport. Since the home her grandmother owns and her summers spent here are SO much fun, Riley knew she wanted her high school portraits taken in such a meaningful place. We started off with taking photos around her grandmothers home in Westport, MA property - which is gorgeous and right on the water! We spent most of our time here, but then we headed to Westport Town Farm to try a new place for something different. It was SO much fun, and Riley is just too beautiful, and easy to photograph.
I chatted with Riley, her mom and her grandmother. I got to know her and her family a bit, and her mom and I connected on a mutual hobby - running! I love when strangers I meet and photograph, become instant friends and we connect on a personal level. I hope to see this family again in the future, because we had such a fun time!
I have SO many favorites from Riley’s High School Senior Session in Westport, MA that I love, so it was hard narrowing them down, but here are my favorites!
