Jennifer & Ryan | Engagement Session | Bristol, RI
Jennifer contacted me about photographing her wedding. We met up for coffee and we had an awesome time getting to know each other, and learning all about her and Ryan's wedding! We found out that she knew one of my best friends, and it was like I was meant to photograph her wedding! I was exited to start working with her and Ryan!
Since Jen is getting married in September of 2017, she wanted her engagement session done close to that date. Since it was already September, we booked the session for early October and went from there. Jen asked the photos to be taken at Colt State Park, but she wanted to start off at a bike path down the street. Her and Ryan go there a lot, so it's a special place to them. I love when couples choose locations that mean something to them! I had never been to this bike path location before, so I was excited to try somewhere new.
We lucked out with a perfect fall day. The weather was just beautiful! All throughout the session, I kept getting the perfect light. I had such a fun time! The day ended with one seriously gorgeous sunset, that I was sure to take advantage of! Wait until you see those photos!
We had some visitors to our session. We were driving along to another spot in the park when we notice this family of deer! I've been dying to have some company like this at a session. I of course had to snap a few images of them. <3
Look at that sunset! You can't tell that I love these images at all, can you?!
Congratulations Jen & Ryan! I can't wait to photograph your big day in September! <3
