Amanda & Anthony | Engagement Session | Gloucester, MA

Okay, I’m totally blogging this beachy engagement session that I photographed back in August in November, but we could use some sunshine and warmth! It’s been chilly, and I’m behind in blogging (but, catching up! albeit, slowly). SO that makes blogging a beachy session while we’re thinking of Christmas valid, right? RIGHT? I say, YES! So, here it goes!

This engagement session was taking on some docks in the coastal town of Gloucester, MA. Gloucester was a super popular spot for me this year. I had quite a few sessions there, and this one was just gorgeous!

Want to hear a funny story about this? Well, first off, we used two locations. The first was at a lighthouse, and just a few minutes down the road we went to these docks. We were having fun photographing on the docks, and were moving to the other side where the sun was setting. We get there and the future groom, Anthony, goes “wait a minute… THAT’s our CHURCH, and there’s our VENUE we’re getting married at next year! Right across the water!!” WHAT! I chose this location a whim! I found a photo of the docks and we decided to go for it. Is that fate or what? I got goosebumps and just knew it was meant to be!

I can’t wait to be Amanda and Anthony’s Wedding Photographer next year!!
