There is a beautiful daffodil field nearby me. I've been hearing about it for years, but I've never had the chance to go and see it. The first year I was told about it, there were no signs to indicate where it was, so I had a hard time finding it. I honestly thought I had the wrong location, because I didn't see it anywhere. Fast forward about 3 years later, and I finally decided to go and find out where it was, and I'm so glad I did! Now, there are signs showing how to get to the field, which is great! It's a little hike into the woods, but it's worth it. After the walk through the woods, the trees open up to daffodils everywhere. There are so many of them! It's such a beautiful site, and a perfect photo background. I'm just sad that the daffodil flower only blooms for such a short period of time, I would have loved to book more session there. Next year, I will definitely have to come back for more photos because this spot was just so perfect.
Kristen contacted me for some Mommy and Me portraits for her and her son. Since she lives near the daffodil field, I knew I had to suggest the location to her. It was the perfect spot for some Mommy and Me photos with her son, Gavin. We lucked out with a beautiful, perfect day!
Gavin was a little shy at first, but when he opened up, he was the cutest little guy; so happy and he sure does love his mommy. At one point, some lady stopped and helped get to smile big. It was so random, but so funny at the same time. She did help with smiles and laughs, that's for sure!
I would love to share every single image from this session, but I will share just a few of my favorites instead. I hope you love these images as much I do!
